PRIVATE TRAINING
Sometimes, the best way to elevate your fitness is through one-on-one coaching. These sessions are available individually or in packs of 5 or 10, with options for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and may include a general fitness assessment, individualized program design, conditioning and strength training, nutritional advice, movement and mobility guidance, and boxing conditioning.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training consists of 3-5 people working out under the guidance of one coach. It’s a popular choice due to its affordability and the ability to train with friends! SGT extends the benefits of one-on-one personal training to a group, with workouts personalized to the group’s goals. This option is available for general fitness and boxing.
