It’s my favorite place! The staff are like a fun supportive family. The facility is super clean and they take extra precautions in class to make you feel safe and socially distanced. The workouts + personal training are like no other! You learn, you sweat, you burn, and you feel like you’re in good hands doing so.

This gym has changed my life and become my home. I started coming to bags classes in August 2020. Right away, coach sam made me feel at home. Now after a year with my gym family, Rock owner Chris is training me to fight and Christina has helped to make sure Ii am fueling my body properly. Thankful is not even the word. Love love
